I just built a new gaming rig. It bought the GTX which I seem to have heard is a good card to use not just for gaming but for bitcoin mining.
I was thinking it'd be nice to mine during the times when I'm not actually gaming. I'd want to stop mining though once I start playing. Does this sound reasonable? Will it be worth it? With the value of each coin being has high as it is, I figure it probably is worth it. Is it bad to stop mining if it's in the middle of calculating whatever algorithms it's supposed to be calculating?
